Frequently asked questions
Short, direct answers. If you don't find what you're looking for, contact us at hello@cybmatic.com.
Do you manage trades on my behalf?
No. The platform enables automated trade execution based on parameters defined and controlled by the user. At no point does the platform exercise discretion over trading decisions or manage assets on behalf of users.
Do you take a percentage of my profits?
No. We operate purely as a software platform and do not charge any performance or profit-based fees.
Is this financial advice?
No. The platform provides tools, data, and algorithmic insights to support user-defined trading strategies. It does not provide financial advice.
How does the automation work?
Users configure their own trading parameters and strategies. The system can then execute trades automatically based on those predefined rules.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time directly from your dashboard.
Which exchanges are supported?
Today Cybmatic is live on Hyperliquid (spot only). Integrations with additional decentralised (DEX) and centralised (CEX) exchanges are actively being implemented and will roll out in upcoming releases. Higher-tier plans unlock broader integration options as new venues come online.
Does Cybmatic trade derivatives or with leverage?
No. Cybmatic operates exclusively in the spot market — no leverage, no perpetuals, no derivatives — to keep user risk and volatility exposure under strict control.
How do I get crypto using fiat (USD / EUR / GBP)?
You'll need USDC and a small amount of ETH on the Arbitrum network. The most common path is to buy USDC on a centralized exchange (Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, Bybit, OKX, Crypto.com) and withdraw it to your wallet, selecting Arbitrum One as the network. Some wallets also have a built-in Buy button powered by providers like MoonPay, Ramp or Transak. See the full funding guide for step-by-step instructions and common pitfalls.
Is there a minimum capital requirement?
Cybmatic does not impose any minimum capital requirement — minimum trade sizes are determined by the exchanges you connect to, not by our platform. However, because our plans are flat monthly subscriptions, starting with very little capital means the subscription cost can outweigh the scale of your configured activity. As a practical guideline, a capital base of around $3,000 is where the subscription becomes a small share of a user's configured activity. To support users who want to evaluate the platform at smaller sizes, we offer an entry-level plan with a lower subscription cost so you can test the software for longer with lower capital.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Trading involves risk, and outcomes will vary depending on market conditions and user-defined strategies.
Do you hold my funds?
No. Cybmatic is non-custodial. Your funds and private keys stay with you. The platform interacts with exchanges only through user-authorised API connections and agent keys.
Can I stop or pause the automation at any time?
Yes. You retain full control and can stop, pause, or modify your configured strategy at any time from the dashboard. You can also revoke agent keys or API access directly from your exchange.
Which tokens and pairs are supported?
The platform supports multiple assets, including HYPE/USDC, SOL/USDC, ETH/USDC, and BTC/USDC. Availability depends on your plan and selected exchange.
Is my wallet address data verified for ownership?
No. When you paste an address during onboarding, the system validates address format and network compatibility only. It does not verify ownership of the wallet.
